Took my car in for it's first service. When the service technician was finished explaining what they had done, he asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I then asked if it was possible for someone to help me get the Navigation system set up in the car. He asked me to wait for a second while he went to find someone to help. He then introduced me to Adam, a salesperson. I told Adam that I am NOT a "techno person" . Adam was SO patient and helpful in getting the system set up on my RAV 4 and it only took a few minutes. I really appreciate what he did. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership, from the service dept to the cashier was so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to do business there.
