Terrible
Terrible car sales service! Would NEVER do business with them! I read other reviews about the bad customer service at this dealership and decided let’s give it a try anyways, that was a dumb idea!

We ordered a 2022 Maverick from Chuck at dealership. We haven’t gotten it yet but Chuck had kept in touch with us and answered every concern/question we have. I’ve even meet Mr Hixson. We’re bought many cars over last 45 years, they are genuine.

Thank you so much for the "Golden Apple" certificate for a free oil change and detail. The service was excellent. I am so thankful for Dustin at the service desk who informed me that my battery, back windshield wiper, and back tires needed to be replaced. He was honest and helpful. I appreciate him being concerned for my safety and wanting my car to be in good condition. As an educator with 43 years of experience, it was a blessing to be recognized as a Golden Apple winner. Thank you so much for the "Golden Apple" certificate for a free oil change and detail. The service was excellent. Was lied to at time of contract negotiations, management was not professional! Wish we could have found the auto we wanted at a different dealer!

Very dishonest and misleading!!
I'm gonna make it short and sweet....I bought a used 2017 f350 super duty for work....they told me the truck had been checked thoroughly and was in great condition....I bought it....2 days later I noticed a oil leak around the oil pan.....not a new leak but a old leak that oil had gelled up and had been there a while. Called service and took it to them on a Monday and they said they needed it for a couple of days (aready missing work) it ended withe the truck being there a week. Finally picked the truck up and went to work....2 days later the oil light comes on for no reason and stays on. Keep in mind...the repair they was supposed to do required dropping transmission and oil pan....so you would think the oil would have been changed intead of putting the old oil in a container and putting it back after repair. I can't swear on this but the place I got oil changed were pretty sure thats what happened. Well....2 days after the oil change the A/C went out.....cut my work hitch short and went home for repair. Well considering only had the truck for a little over 2 weeks you would have thought they would have made that repair without cost but I only had a 47000 mile power trane warranty I had t o pay for repair out of pocket. They said it was fixed so I went back to work hoping for the best but I was greatly disappointed when 4 days in to my 3 week hitch the air stops again. I had no choice but to suffer for over a week from Wisconsin to Nevada to drop my load and back to Louisiana from Nevada like a turkey in a roaster. I got home 3 days later on a Friday and took it to Hixon on Monday morning where they told me they were surprised I made it home because the compressor had locked up but intead of locking up the motor the pully shaft on the compressor had sheared off and put metal shavings through the entire A/C system. Soooooo....basically I was screwed....they wouldn't do anything to help me out and want to charge me 4300.00 to fix it. Well, needless to say Its still broke since I exhausted all my funds to buy the truck and fix it once before.....plus they have cost me money on the road with their incompetent service department.

New 2019 Lincoln MKC
I am very happy with my new Lincoln MKC. Our salesman, Travis, was very professional, friendly, and answered every question we had about the car. The buying process went smoothly and every step was explained. The dealership was welcoming and had free coffee and nice sitting areas. Definitely worth going to when ready for another vehicle.
