Fast and efficient. Called at 2:30, drove 100 miles and was out the door complete at 6:00. Dealer wasn't extremely knowledgeable on the finer nuances of the new truck, but that's what the owner's manual is for. The best experience I've ever had at a dealer. They didn't string me along like most dealers. Short, sweet, and to the point.
