Military avoid this dealership!

Military avoid this dealership!!! After driving 2.5 hours to this dealership Tony could not even shake our hands. He was outright rude and poorly mannered! He looked at my son who was going to buy a Mustang like he was spoiled brat . My son is an active duty military member who has worked very hard ! He was not even offered a military discount . If you are in the service or even like working with polite people stay away from this salesman and dealership . They also would only drop the 2024 by $141.00 . I guess they will own it for much longer.

This is a group of terrible people.

This is a group of terrible people. I was in the middle of buying a vehicle and they sold it out from under me. The sales person Tim didnt respond to texts. The manager Fran yelled at me. I had already gotten a loan approval and taken out insurance and sent it to Brian the credit manager. I had asked hime many times to send me the deal so I knew what I was paying. While waiting he put the deal for another buyer. THE CAR WAS GONE!!!!!! LOUSY PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

Mike on the Ford Service side needs to either one be

Mike on the Ford Service side needs to either one be retrained or two let go. This guy is super rude, he walks around like he owns the place and treats customers like kids. Bill Kindle would never allow this!

Never Trust the Service Department at Kindle Ford

I had my Air Conditioner Serviced on my 2016 Ford Escape. I was pleased with work. Recently noticed the underside front cover was not attached properly. It is only holding up by one bolt. The Service Employee Paul tried to attached the undercover but failed. He mentioned to me “ There were No Lifts Available “ !! And asked me to comeback tomorrow. (This Happened on 6/19/2023 at 2 pm) He put me in a Very Dangerous Situation. It’s Amazing there are individuals working at Kindle Ford Automotive Dealership whom would put their Customers in a Very Dangerous Situation !!! I will be visiting Kindle Automotive Dealership tomorrow. I am planning on Visiting The Kindle President if there is such a individual.

Kindle Ford is the best dealer to deal with in South

Kindle Ford is the best dealer to deal with in South Jersey. There is no haggling. If you order a vehicle, there is no mark up. Once the vehicle comes in, everything is ready for you and you head home. I would never go to another Ford Dealership. Fran Adellizi, Geoff Heap and Albert T are the best to deal with. If your looking for a new vehicle head right over there. I have purchased all of my Ford and Lincoln vehicles at Kindle Ford and they are family!

When I first bought my Ford F-150 at kindle auto plaza I trusted the entire staff but after checking my paperwork for 2 months later I found out that they overcharged me $800 on my on the sticker price and when I saw that they overcharged me I got in touch with the owner and at first he didn't want to pay me back but after much deliberation with him I did get the money back but why would they charge me overcharge me $800 and some dollars that was certainly a dishonest act if it wasn't by mistake

Purchased many cars from this dealer and have had great experiences with sales and service. My only concern is Fran who makes me wonder why I ever return. He is obnoxious, rude, and arrogant to his sales team and customers. He makes no real attempt to keep a returning customer and local and often changes from his original decision. The only reason I would not recommend this dealership is for the management department, mainly Fran, otherwise, I think the rest of the team is great and service is awesome. So, it was a tough decision on whether or not I would recommend since Fran seems to ruin it for everyone else. I would recommend for the sales team and service.
