Outstanding
Today was a very exciting day for our family! We were finally able to purchase a vehicle we had been looking at for over three weeks. The sales staff was sure to stay in contact with me and reminded me that the car may not be available when my husband, whom is active duty and was currently deployed, came home to also make the big decision of purchasing a financed vehicle. The consultant was very clear that multiple inquiries had been made on the vehicle and the people were either too far away or low balling on price or both. Just so that he was very clear that the vehicle was in demand. I reminded the sales consultant that I have worked at tradition and ‘new age’ dealerships and that I understood the car would not be held or implied to be mine until I signed the last form. A little personal story: To say things have been difficult around here is an understatement. We recently became a foster family here in NJ considering the need is so large in our County. We had only planned on taking two kids. However, there was a bigger need for a set of three siblings and we gladly brought them into our home. Three months later we had the opportunity to bring an 11 day old into our home as well. We had a five passenger vehicle and my husband no longer was able to drive with us in one car. If we wanted to be in the car as a family we needed a third row. We knew Kindle would take care of us since they are the only dealership we will deal with in the area and have been since our first visit a year and a half ago when they squeezed us in for an oil change on our way back to our last station after a quick visit to see our new home. I took all four kids to look at a used Ford vehicle and was again reminded that they will be happy to help and work with me but they couldn’t guarantee the car would be there when my husband came home in a few days. We went back the day after my husband came home so he could check it out and we liked it but wanted to make sure we were making the best purchase for our growing family. Well today was the day we finally were able to get back and make the deal work. Albert was amazing and stepped in to help considering our consultant was no longer with the company. As a military spouse and mainly a single Mom of FOUR foster children, I am so grateful of the staff at Kindle Auto Plaza! We had our newest foster child with us and everyone was great in helping with her so we could make the deal happen and we couldn’t be more thankful. This military family whom opened their loving home to the children in need in this community thanks you all for helping us be able to be together as much as possible when possible! We can’t tell you how thankful we are to you all! So sad to read some of these negative reviews that paint a very different picture than literally every experience we have had in the year and a half we have been here!!!

GREED is their #1 Priority
Background- I was driving up today with my wife, less than 2 weeks out of open heart surgery, 2.5 hours- and within 10 minutes of arrival, was called and told the truck was sold. Biggest xxxx-bag move EVER. I had made the appointment several days prior, was in constant contact with sales, confirmed my departure and arrival time this morning, with the truck still being available. Then, 2 hours later, sold??? I was then told I was WRONG for expecting the car to be held until my arrival??? Seriously? If it was sold yesterday, understood, or even prior to me confirming it available and leaving to come, but not after confirming I was driving two and a half hours. This was all after requesting it be delivered, as I had been in discussion with your dealership for weeks and had surgery in between. Disgusting is the word I will use to describe your dealership, sales team, and I hope karma rolls hard on you all. This is not the last you will hear from me, as I have several inquiries into local and national outlets to have this story heard. Social media is my current outlet, but folks need to know how awful of a team you have working for you, with one goal, GREED. It is evidently, your dealership runs on old car sales principles, luckily for people, the world and car buying is changing.

Wonderful Experience
I have worked with Denise Kennedy Watson for about 20 years. She is a wonderful sales person who listened to my needs and found me a car I love. She took her time finding the various models that I wanted to test drive, and it made it easier to come to a final decision. I also worked with Karyn Lehmann who made the financial part of the purchase so much easier. Karyn went out of her way to completely satisfy me with terms of the contract that I liked Thanks to both ladies, I have a car I can honestly say fits me to a "T"! Matthew L also prepared my car, and it looked "great"!

awesome
It was my first time at Kindle. I recently moved from Philadelphia. I went in the door looking lost and a very nice woman, Denise Kennedy-Watson, approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for the service dept. She walked me to the service area, and asked what my problem was, I told her I had a recurring problem with my Ford Focus and that I was sorry I bought the car in 2015. She said she was sorry to hear that but she would see if they could see my car sooner rather than later. I decided to get one of my tires looked at while I was there. She asked if I wanted to come wait in her office in stead of the shop I could. I don't know how it happened but I purchased a Ford Escape an hour later, She was awesome.

Collision Center miss managed
Had my car go in for a new bumper and grille. I was told it would take 2 - 3 days. After constant calls with little response after 3 weeks, I contacted the general manager. He promised me he would over see the project and call me with an update as well as making sure the job was done right. I never heard from him again and half a week later I was told my car was ready. The net result was the bumper and grill were replaced but they could not seem to match the paint color. The shop managers reply was “ On a sunny day it does not look too far off”... I would not recommend this shop. I am not replacing this car at Kindle. I am willing to travel beyond my area when replacing the car.

Happy Family!
What a difference a great salesperson can make!! Brian Losch made our car buying experience stress free and easy. After 8 months of shopping for a particular Abyss Grey F150, when we walked through the door and met him we knew he would be the guy we wanted to buy from. Polite, down to earth all around people person, made it feel like we were a family member. After the purchase was made he took an extended amount of time going over every single feature the truck had to make sure we fully understood how everything worked. He even made an after hours phone call to see how our ride home was. My 5 year old might be his biggest fan. GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

Denise Kennedy Watson goes extra miles to get things done.
We have bought several cars from Denise for about 20 years. No matter what needs to be done, she explains all the options available to fit our family's situation. She always lends her support without hesitation for a wonderful buying or leasing experience, checking on repair updates, services, issues with insurance or questions a bank might have, credit, right down to delivering our tags. She works very hard and deserves everything she earns and more. We will return again when the need arises. Thank you Denise, Maryann, Fernando, and family
