Need new credit card provider
The sour note that spoiled an otherwise pleasant expereince was the inconvenience required to use a QuickLane credit card. I urge you to replace the current program with a bank that will provide a card with a magnetic strip and a chip so it can be processed like any other credit card. It is still possible to record the data you capture from the web-based card, but is much faster and doesn't tie up your staff and customers for no good reason.

I purchased to 2015 Ford Explorer. My experience was great from the beginning. I love my vehicle. The saleperson, John Morrison, did an outstanding job. From his responsiveness to answering my call to being at the door when he knew I was coming, even when he had other customers. I also thought the financing person, Randy Beaty was excellent. I have already recommended your dealership and salesperson to my aunt who is looking to buy.

Buying experience
I purchased a 2016 Fusion recently. I originally wanted to look at the Focus, and I had been in contact with Mr. B. Wilson by e-mail. He provided information and pricing on several Focus vehicles, locating those with my specific needs. I was glad to meet him on Saturday. When I arrived at the Hoover dealership, I parked close to , and had to walk past, the new Fusion, which is a beautiful automobile.....I did see all the cars Mr. Wilson showed me, as that WAS MY ORIGINAL PLAN, BUT SOMETHING KEPT DRAWING ME BACK TO THAT FUSION....MAYBE THE GORGEOUS RED COLOR! Mr. Wilson asked if I wanted to drive it, and once I did, I had to take it home. There was never any pressure , and the experience was fast, smooth, and effecient. Everyone was super friendly . I would highly recommend Long Lewis, where I bought my first new Mustang, back in '89 ( I still have it!!) and Mr. Wilson was most helpful, both in e-mails, and in person.
