Great service!! Clean facilities!!

It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Mathews could not have been better. My husband passed away 4 months ago and I had his Mercedes to trade-in plus my car that was only 2 years old. Trading both was the only way I could figure out how to get rid of my husband's car. Everyone told me to keep the Mercedes which was a 2015 with 26,000 miles on it but too much car for me. I'm a Ford person and have been my whole life. I have already told many people about my wonderful experience. Thank you Mr. Mathews and thank you Long Lewis Ford!!!!

Just a busy Saturday,arrived said there were 8 people ahead of me.I left and came back 2 hrs later. Still had about another 1.5 hr wait.

The service was great. i had 2 small children with me and was able to keep them entertained until service was complete which tells you the wait was not very long.

Timely process. Pleasant experience.

Our recent purchase of a 2016 Ford Flex at Long Lewis was a very pleasant experience. Karl Wiggs was instrumental in the overall process. The entire staff was helpful in finalizing the transaction in much less time than anticipated.
