Complete failure in service
Brought my 1999 f150 in for abs speed sensor replacement. They stated it was impossible to replace them and tried to sell me multiple front end parts. The reality was blatant lies, they managed to strip a caliper bolt and gave up due to inept mechanic work. I replaced them myself in 3 hours with no issue. A little honesty goes a long way from a business. They are an embarrassment and I’ll never trust them with any repair and would never recommend them to anyone looking for competent work done by an honest shop.

I recently purchased a 2019 ford pickup from lungrens . I only received one key I was assured by the salesman that he would find the other key I have called him several times and get the same answer I am still looking for it. It seems that since they’ve sold it and it’s paid for it’s not necessary to follow up on what I was promised

Needed sensor changed on rear tire, they were informed about sensor problem when I set up appointment, they did not have a sensor when I came for the repair, I now have to go back, this problem happened before, bad tire sensors.
