BC is the salesman you want to deal with!!

I dealt with BC on two vehicle purchases, one new and one used. Both times he was very pleasant to work with. He listened when I told him what I was looking for and what I needed do to my difficulties with getting in and out of cars. He even followed up afterwards to make sure the car was still working for me. I would recommend that if you go to Midwest Super Store you ask for BC! He will take great care of you.

Midwest Dealership in Hutchinson got it Right for

I want to retract my previous negative comment about this dealership. Chris Lewis the finance manager called me back and he did say that he processed my warranty refund the same day I submitted it. Due to the holiday hours etc. we had miss communication but I am fully satisfied with the way the refund for my warranty has been processed. Thank you Chris for your follow up and we will definitely be back back in the near future working with this dealership.

extended warranty cancellation- no response

Going on one week trying to cancel my extended service warranty on a Toyota Camry. No call back no return to emails sent to director of finance (Chris). This is very bad dealership stay away from it at any cost. My next step is to find a lawyer.

Very poor customer service

They do not return a call and if you leave a message it is ignored. I leased a Rav and they messed up on the paperwork on the Highlander that I turned in from a lease and Toyota wanted to charge me $997. Took me 3 months to get that cleared up. Then I was charged $900 for prepaid maintenance on the new Rav that I did not want. Went in Feb and signed cancellation papers for the maintenance and now 4 months later Toyota has not received the cancellation papers. Midwest does not return my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Had appointment to test drive a particular car. Showed up for appointment and was told the vehicle was moved to a sister lot. They never attempted to call me in advance. Waisting my time. They kept trying to get me to look at a new vehicle. No respect for customer, bait and switch.

Poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service and business ethics. Business manager is very rude and extremely unhelpful. Please support a dealshershop that values their customers, not Midwest!

Terrible service

The car was well priced, but the service was awful!! They were unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They made the buying process very difficult and stressful. I would NOT RECOMMEND them.
