Took my 2020 f150 here for transmission issues.
Took my 2020 f150 here for transmission issues. It was still under Ford's power train warranty. They supposedly fixed it. Called a few weeks later to explain that the issue was not fixed. They told me it would be another 4 months before they could look at it again. They did say if I wanted to drop my truck off they could try to squeeze it in but it would be a minimum 3 weeks before they could look at it and I would be without a vehicle until. Ridiculous that they didn't fix it the first time and expected me to just be without a vehicle for weeks or wait another 4 months.

Roger puts his customers first
When our family was going from just the two of us to a party of FIVE we needed a new family truckster. We decided a Ford Flex was the way to go, but didn't know where to get it. Castrucci had the one my wife wanted used with Ford certified guarantee. Roger answered my email quickly and stayed in contact on my terms when I needed. He fought for every penny off I could get and was direct and honest every step of the way. I heard the used car manager threaten to not even give me that deal, but Roger stuck up for me. We got a fair price that we were good with. It was after that that Roger really came through for us. I surprised my wife with it at her work when I noticed a sizable scratch that was not there upon first look. She was too excited to get her new Flex to care at that moment. I called Roger's cell phone, .expecting a battle or apathy since they got the sale and I couldn't truly prove I didn't just damage it on my own. Well, he got an appointment to fix it promptly. The service department gave me a loaner and I felt important with their treatment. There's a little more. Hang on. Days after getting it back I noticed it was not fixed properly at all. I really expected a battle at this point to fix it, but Roger again fought to make things right again, and Did. Long after earning his commision he continued to earn it. I'll just say I'm glad he was the one that answered my email. I would not want to put up with the used sales manager without him. My wife absolutely loves her car still, and it is awesome with 3 kids and all the cargo.

I walked in the rain to pickup my car out of the service ctn
If you ever need service here. Lord help you. They had our truck 2 weeks for engine light then 2 recalls. When I came to pick it up after they called me , they couldn’t find paperwork. Then I had to walk in rain and find ln 13 and walk in rain to get it. Horrible, Horrible. I’d buy a Chevy before I go back here. Service sucks
