This dealership truly made it easy and quick to buy a used car. They have a dedicated group and building for used vehicles. The salesperson was Brent Hensley and he was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and strait forward. Tom Sparrow is the manager and ensured that everything was no nonsense and focused on reaching a fair deal we could all feel good about. You will be surprised how easy and fast it is to buy in person with them. And, Stanley in Finance was just as enjoyable to work with and made it a simple process. Plus they helped me to easily arrange to have the car checked out by my local mechanic before buying. You will really enjoy buying a car from them and feel good about it when all said and done. These guys are doing all the right things in selling you a used car. What a great experience!

Roger was very easy to communicate with and accommodating

Roger was very easy to communicate with and accommodating of our travel time and needs vs. dealer normal timeline. He made the overall deal making /haggling process simple and got us sorted past their normal duties. A+

I have owned more than 50 vehicles and this was hands

I have owned more than 50 vehicles and this was hands down the worst experience I've had trying to buy a vehicle. Was misleading and lied, tried to sell me a car that was undriveable and unsafe with steel belts showing on both rear tires and let me test drive in this condition, obviously customer safety is definitely not a priority. Several trouble lights were on as well. When I questioned the tires I was told it was a wholesale car even though no mention of this in the posting, or told anything about wholesale the 6 times I spoke to 2 salesman and the used car manager, who could care less. I was paying cash and drove 3 hours the least they could do is have the common courtesy be truthful.

They use a third party called TELECHECK to verify a check. In my case they turned down my check for $3,500 even though I had adequate funds in my checking account.
