Moffitt's Ford

I worked there so I know what I'm saying. They only do work halfway and only use half the parts leaving to more problems in the future. Then they fired everyone 1 by 1 super fast. 15 employees in 11 months. Were fired. Then 4 more after me. Only been 3 months roughly.

Worst salespeople and mechanics ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want a lemon an unfair deal and stupid mechanics. They knew the car had problems when they sold it to me for high dollar. They wouldn't do anything for me it was like oh well . I don't like being ripped off I'm sure noone does and they ripped me off big time

We had our 2010 Lexus repaired at Moffits after hitting a deer. We were greeted with excellent, friendly and professional service. (Thank you Ray)! The workmanship was EXCELLENT and the paint was an exact match. We recommend Moffits for all your body work.

This was the best truck buying experience I have ever had. My salesman ,Gary,was very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure. I didn't feel rushed into a purchase and once I had decided on a truck Andrew made the whole financing end of it quick and painless. I was pleasantly surprised by the hometown feeling that made me feel I was dealing with honest folk who cared about my satisfaction more than just getting a sale. My truck was ready when promised and upon pick up it was presented to me sparkling like brand new. I can tell Moffitt's takes great pride in customer satisfaction and quality vehicles.

I drove over 3 hours to buy this used car but it was well worth it! The vehicle is in excellent condition and everything was delivered as promised. I purchased a used suv this week. The folks there could not have been more helpful & accommodating. I took a test drive asked them if they would put the suv on a hoist for me took look underneath & they were happy to let me do so. The service bays are very clean & well lit as was the showroom. The paperwork was done in less than 30min. They even put 1/2 a tank of gas in it. I live about 70 miles away but it was worth the drive & I would buy from them again.

This process was exceptional! The salesman remembered my wife and I from our last purchase. They worked with us to find what we needed and could afford. They made sure that we understood everything, including how to work all of the fancy doohickeys in the vehicle. Moffitt Ford is the best car dealership I have been to.

I had an extremely positive experience purchasing my car from Moffitt's Ford. There was absolutely no pressure at all during the whole process. I really enjoyed working with Andrew and Benji. I felt I was treated fairly and I felt very comfortable. The dealership gave me time to look before I was asked any questions.
