Worst customer service.

The only reason this place got one star is bc zero stars is not an option. I was actually shocked at how rude and unwelcoming the staff was. Even if I found the best car with the best price I would never give this dealership a penny of my money. I’m usually not one to write reviews but this experience was over 2 moths ago and I still can’t believe how horrible the customer service was. Unfortunately it was not just one person. It was everyone person we came in contact with.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT AND DEALERSHIP

If you're in need of service on a Dodge/Chrysler go anywhere else in the tri-state it's worth the drive. The staff is rude and act like they don't want your service. The service mgr. told us 3 times our Dodge was fixed and ready to go only to find out nothing had been done except for clearing error codes. We waited over 6 hours being out of town with no loaners available only to find our time wasted. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. The facilities were disturbing...dead bugs all over the floor and filth. I'll never be back.

Dealer response

This vehicle was sold to a Municipality, the dealership thought the board of directors would provide written confirmation of the ordered vehicle. They only provided a verbal confirmation of the order. The situation has been rectified.
