After dealing with Northgate for the past few weeks on a used truck I bought I would not recommend them First off the truck was listed before it went through inspection and wasn't ready when promised Lack of communication is a big factor Lying and empty promises Detailing of the truck was sub par and not returning calls,emails,or text Everything was great until I signed the contract since then crickets Set in the office and listen to the other salesman brag about they don't sell junk that junk gets shipped to the auction,we stand behind all sales So far I'm not seeing it

Great Service!

So helpful, easy to deal with, and the best service. They care about their customers. I drive 30 miles to go to this dealer and it is worth the drive. Their website is also great for browsing the inventory before you go.

Diesel ignorance

Diesel parts chucker and management very incompetent and ignorant. Now i see why everyone says don't go here. Ford should be embarrassed with this type of dealer!!! I'll be spreading the word big time.

Keep clear

Keep clear of this place! Its gotten worse within the last yeat with techs who couldn't fix a lawn mower. Go to Bills in St. Clair at least their service manager actually knows something about cars.
