The folks at nourse made us feel comfortable.

The folks at nourse made us feel comfortable. They were not pushy and gave us a good deal. They had the best deal within 150 mile radius with the convenience of only 15 minutes from our home. It was great working with Karen, Ashley, and Gavin. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I know who you are.

I know who you are. In fact, you were still with Pioneer when I bought my car and didn't sell out until the October 17, 2024, nearly a year after I had my car. I've actually been told, you are still affilidated with them. My car was not my even gone over to be "Certified" (that was from one of your own employees) and so far as Marietta is concerned, that was only where we met to sign the paperwork, not from where I bought, which was from Nourse. What happened to me is totally uncalled for, and even dangerous. Just because you "sold" off from Pioneer, the car still came from YOU. I was looking for a good used car when I found a 2011 Buick Regal CXL online through Pioneer Nourse Automall. Passing their financial qualifications, Willow West brought it to me to a dealership in Reno, WV, on November 18, 2023. At that time, Willow told me the tire light was on because someone had not lined up the tire sensor, ruining the tire from the inside out. She told me to bring it to the service department there in Reno, to Cody, in Service Department, and he would take care of it on Monday. My real problem began as soon as I pulled out of their parking lot, and the engine light came on immediately. When I got to the first stoplight - about a quarter mile, the car began sputtering and turning off and on. It continued sputtering every time I stopped or slowed down, all the way home. It has done that ever since. The service department did NOTHING on Monday to help me. They denied there was anything wrong with my car. From this point on until today, Feb 26th, 2026, I have been put off, told to wait, told there was nothing wrong with the car, have been ignored or turned away with everyone associated with this company that I have brought this car to. It was towed to my house last spring (2025) when it finally died for good. It has not run since; and all the while, after complaining to Nourse, Pioneer, Ohio Attorney General, Buick Corporation in Detroit, and the BBB of Ohio - all I got was lied to, ignored, and put on permanent hold – spinning in circles with the same answers over and over. They are well aware of my car and it's problems. I've complained since the beginning. Nourse said I would have to tow the car (2 hours +) back to their dealership in Ohio, with no rental available for me to use, while they go over the car – even though it was a “hardship,” as they said. It's not a hardship, it's an impossibility - and they've known that. I still made regular payments and insurance on time - and have had no use out of the car whatsoever since last spring - after being told it would be okay to drive after I first presented the problem to their service department in Reno. It only got worse! Matheny GMC, our Buick dealer in Parkersburg, was willing to look at it last week. The reason the engine light came on and kept cutting out (as well as a dozen other things - like the brakes suddenly coming on while you're driving on the interstate!), was the high pressure fuel filter failure pushing the gas into the engine, which causes the entire system to fail and, eventually, catch on fire. If you're smart, you will NOT BUY FROM NOURSE or PIONEER. They say some of their used cars are "Certified Pre-Owned." If this is true, they would have immediately caught the high-pressure fuel pump that ruined my engine. I was told my car will never run again. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I am an older, disabled woman and I desperately needed transportation. DON’T BUY FROM THEM - RUN!!

I set up an insignificant recall on my 2019 Explorer.

I set up an insignificant recall on my 2019 Explorer. It was taken right in, inspected, no problem found. While there, they checked all the fluids and washed the car. Very courteous and helpful . Great service!

Jason in service is a joke!

Jason in service is a joke!!!! Lied, needless to say my car still isn’t fixed ! Had it since 4/11/25 , explain the issue we were having , paid over $200 for it to be towed there. Wife called Saturday and he said driver drove it 20+ miles and no issues. The engine light wasn’t on anymore so they could read the code even though we showed him the code it pulled which was turbo, mind you they had recently just put new motor in my car due to a recall , 10k miles on my engine and it shouldn’t be having issues. He argued nothing was wrong , no noise . Lied again on Saturday saying Monday he’d have another driver drive 40-60 miles to see if the hissing sound would come from my turbo again , I called yesterday he said we’ve drove it a total of 60 miles no issues , go pick it up today for them to hand over the key , paperwork was left in the car!!!!! Look at the paperwork and they really only drove it 20 miles the entire time, needless to say a call to corporate and a bad review will be for nourse ford & Jason! He was rude, unprofessional and arrogant as they come!

Best Selection and Price

Nourse has always been great for both sales and service. I would recommend to all my family and friends. They are helpful and willing to work with your budget.

Liars and Rip Off Artists

I contacted this dealer for a cash purchase for the company I work for about a van they had posted on their site for $20,424. I requested a quote and was sent a sales quote for $23,623 by their sales manager...$3,199 more than was listed on their website. I asked if they could do better than that, especially since this would be a cash deal, and was immediately told "not on this specific van". I screenshot their listing online and emailed it back to them and then called the sales manager and he stuttered when I called out the discrepancy and then told me "he didn't look". I immediately called him out on tell me with quickness that he couldn't do better than the price he quoted me and that he never even looked but just tried to get me for almost $3,200 more than they had listed. I requested another sales person and was transferred only to be treated like a fool when they asked for me to copy the sales manager on everything. Needless to say...I'll never buy or encourage anyone else to ever buy from this dealership, they obviously are just out there trying to rip people off in hopes that they won't pay attention or call them out on it.

Went there 3 weeks ago and talked to him and he said they

Went there 3 weeks ago and talked to him and he said they could get my truck in Monday so I had it towed there. They didn’t get it in said it would be a few days then he said next Monday again then said a few days this continued for 3 weeks. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE! I would call no one would answer would leave a message and they never returned a call. I would have to drive to Chillicothe just to be lied to again! I took it there because my insurance said they were there premier service shop. They were not returning the insurance company’s calls either. I had the truck towed to another service center.

Had our truck serviced here recently.

Had our truck serviced here recently. Paid high dollar for a transmission flush that they put the wrong fluid combo in. When we let them know they offered to give us a jug of transmission fluid to do it ourselves!!!! Can’t get customer service to call you back!!
