I’m very disappointed with my experience at Pedersen

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Pedersen Volvo, Ft. Collins. I purchased a vehicle after being assured by the salesperson, Theresa (Teri), that it included adaptive cruise control—a feature that was a major reason for choosing a more expensive vehicle. After the purchase, I discovered that the car doesn’t have this feature and that it cannot be added. On top of that, I felt rushed and pressured during the sale, with no chance to test drive the vehicle and confirm the feature myself. I trusted Theresa’s word, which turned out to be false. I reached out to resolve the issue, leaving a voicemail for Wayne, the sales manager, and emailing Theresa. Neither responded. The lack of follow-up and accountability is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, they initially refused to honor the online sales price for the vehicle, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. Overall, this was a sleazy sales experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and its untrustworthy staff.

Waste of my Time

They list cars for sale at a decent price, but the cars they list don't really exist. They are "no longer available." It's their tactic to get you to call. I find this dishonest, and a waste of the customer's time.
