This dealership is as shaddy as they come.

This dealership is as shaddy as they come. They knowingly sell cars that have mechanical issues. They will even clear codes on issues with a vehicle to sell to you as if nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Everyone from the salesman, to the business manager, to the service manager are all shady. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. We bought a vehicle a week and a half ago from this shady dealer and already have had to sensor lights come on. Have a print out showing they tried to clear the codes on the vehicle.

Pallotta mobile service took care of my flat tire.

Pallotta mobile service took care of my flat tire. Alex the technician was speedy and took my tire off in my driveway and then brought back a new tire and installed it. Pallotta staff is very responsive to the customers needs. This is an excellent dealership!

We were greeted by a bunch of smiling faces. Our salesman Jeff Varner was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made the buying process very smooth from beginning to end. It was a pleasure working with him, I would highly recommend him. The finance man was easy to work with. He took his time going over the loan and was very articulate. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. A+ transaction from start to finish. They are both an asset to your dealership.

Replaced hose from recall. Jack was so polite and I felt important to him. When I walked Tom my car I was so surprised and happy. Jack had washed my car! I knew it needed it Thank you Jack.
