Recently purchased.

Recently purchased. A 2024 F-250 Tremor from Bryan Perkins. I purchased this vehicle sight unseen as I knew it was the exact truck driver was looking for. Brian was awesome through the whole process. He stayed in constant contact via phone, email text and even FaceTime. The online process was seamless considering we were 300 miles apart. The free delivery was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend Bryan Oerkins for all your Ford needs!!

I did my oil changes and Mr.

I did my oil changes and Mr. James Sweet is really real being so sweet and accommodating supportive and give suggestion good for my vehicle. The services is done as as time given very good performance. Good job Mr. James for giving an excellent services and satisfaction to customers. In addition I was with Rebecca before but in conclusion both of them do a wonderful and satisfactory job to customers.

Bryan was very easy to work with!

Bryan was very easy to work with! He made the dreaded car purchase at a dealership a lot more enjoyable! He was easy to talk to and relate with and made us feel like he really wanted to help out and get us the best deal possible! The speed and time it took from when we walked on the lot till we left was light years faster than any other dealership we’ve ever dealt with before! The whole crew that helped us get out the door with our new vehicle were awesome and very easy to work with! Thanks for help and I would recommend Bryan and this Paul Miller crew anytime to anyone I know!

Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Completely

Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Completely Untrustworthy I had a firm agreement to purchase a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Before making the 6-hour drive from Michigan, I called to confirm the truck was still available. I spoke with the used car manager, Keith, who informed me they would no longer honor our agreement because “someone else” was in the store ready to buy it. To make matters worse, Keith lied and told my salesman, Tray, that I refused to put a deposit down or sign papers — a complete fabrication. The only reason I was driving down on Friday, June 27, 2025, was because I had every intention of purchasing the truck after I took the truck to a mechanic to verify it was in good condition. Then, just to squeeze more money out of interested buyers, they jacked up the price from $17,700 to $19,574, claiming it was due to “increased interest.” This place doesn’t just lack professionalism — it lacks integrity. They don’t stand by their word, they lie to customers and their own employees, and they’ll burn anyone to make an extra buck. Avoid this place at all costs. They are the definition of shady. Spend your money with a dealership that actually respects its customers and employees.
