Came for my regular oil change. The service was completed as normal. Everything seems to be good! Always excellent service. Friendly & Helpful Staff as always!

The service department saw me late into the afternoon and still serviced my truck in a timely manner. Any issues they found were explained correctly.

Wonderful experience. Mr. Creagor listened to my criteria and found me exactly what I was looking for. He did NOT try to pressure me into anything extra or unwanted.

Sales with Ramon was decent, got a truck I wanted and got too the road. Had some issues with the truck but Derek, Kevin, and his team have truly done a great job at getting things fixed even though I was not in Hobbs anymore, some small hiccups but overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle in Hobbs. Good crew. Nice clean appearance as well. Good to know a company will look out for costomers even after a purchase. That's very uncommon and just shows Permian goes above and beyond. I was towed to the shop because I had a blowout my car does not have a spare tire. Fortunately I purchased warranty on road hazards when I purchased the car. Unfortunately the tire was a special order requiring two days to get it in. So that I did not have to rent a vehicle, the service agent went above expectations and put on a similar tire that would work until my tire came in, the next day. I recommend this dealer to everyone for sales and service

Horrible, felt like they were just making things up to get me out of there. I took it in for engine light on and recalls. One person calls me and said my engine light was on because oil change I told him I changed 2 days before I came in and keep up with that. So he said well you need fuel filters changed I replied by saying sir u change every 30,000 and he said ur right. I did not feel safe leaving my truck anymore..... horrible
