I had been looking for a good, used truck for a long time. I got in contact with Jeff Ahnen and he kept an eye out for me. When the right truck rolled onto the lot, he gave me a call and set up a test drive. 8 months later, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend Rick Ball Ford Sedalia and specifically, Jeff Ahnen, to my closest friends. Jeff is the consummate professional and just a nice guy.

We were coming home from the Lake of the Ozarks and decided to stop in to see if they had a good clean Ford Truck on the lot, found one that caught my eye, a 2012 Ford F-150, with low mileage, this one looked brand new, just like it had come off the showroom floor. Can not say enough good things about Rick Ball Ford, and especially our salesman , Jeff Ahen. We live in Basehor, KS, a 2-1/2 hr drive from Sedalia, MO. Our salesman did everything possible to get the deal that we wanted......long story short, we went back a week later and sealed the deal, they agreed to put a Tonto Cover on the Truck in place of the camper shell that was on it and they had to special order it in. We got a great deal and met some great people. Want a great salesman who is professional, kind and courtesy and not pushy , we highly recommend that you ask for Jeff, he will do everything in his power to get the deal you want.

When I stepped onto the lot I was immediately greeted by Jeff Ahnen and he was very polite. I had told him that I have never bought a car for myself before and that I had no idea what to look for and what to stay away from and warned him I would have a lot of questions. Every time I asked him a question, even when it was a silly one, he always remained patient with me and you could tell he was happy to help me out. Having him help me purchase my first vehicle was an easier experience than I was expecting. I am definitely going to be returning to this dealership to buy my cars in the future. Jeff Ahnen was a pleasure to work with. A little different situation working strickly over the interent, email and telephone, but worked out very well and I was very pleased with the result.

First of all, the new Rick Ball building in Sedalia is VERY nice! Jeff was the person I dealt with when buying my vehicle, and I have to say he was AWESOME! Not once did I feel pressured. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he was quick to get it. He was very friendly, and patient (as I am not the easiest person to deal with, and my girlfriend is even worse). I definitely recommend at least talking to him, if you're in the market for a new vehicle. And the company, in general, was actually a delight to work with. They really do go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for.

The complete process here was fast and smooth. Jeff Ahnen answered all the questions i had and accommodated a test drive on short notice. Everyone stayed late to get the deal done. And when i came in the next day signing everything went fast. Next time im in the market for a new vehicle Rick Ball Ford is getting my business.
