They suck didn’t even have my car 3 months and need over
They suck didn’t even have my car 3 months and need over 2000 in repair got warranty on it and of course it don’t cover anything that’s wrong and won’t do nothing about it! Just want me to spend more money buy something newer

Hard to believe a Ford Dealership won't follow through
Hard to believe a Ford Dealership won't follow through with a request. I have a Ford Extended Warranty. I wanted to know if my problem is covered by the warranty. I used the two email options Sakelaris provides for contacting them. I gave them the basic information and asked if someone would work with me to determine if the item was covered by the warranty. NO ONE contacted me from either option. So why didn't I call them? Because the dealership needed time to research my problem and emailing was the best way to provide the information and to allow them time to do the research. I will be looking for another dealership. I really wanted to use a local company, but it was their choice to ignore me.

I took my Jeep in for an oil change today.
I took my Jeep in for an oil change today. I drove half a block and the check engine light came on, then the oil light came on. I brought it back and saw that there was a huge pool of oil where the car had been parked. I took pictures and recorded the rest of my interaction with them. It turned out that the oil filter wasn't tightened. This could have been a major problem, but it wasn't a big deal to them. No reduction in the bill or even an apology (beyond "sorry buddy.") There is real staff apathy here. I'll have to find someplace else to get my Jeep serviced. Avoid this dealership.
