Great Job

As a long long time loyal Ford customer this was my first time dealing with Simmons-Rockwell, From the start they did an outstanding job. Our sales person Chris Robinson helped me to find the exact truck I was looking for and followed it every step of the way Simmons-Rockwell made us feel at home and there was no problem we couldn't work through. Well will be using this dealership going forward. I have been using Bob Johnson, the old (Genesee Valley Ford) for many years and after the merger they are not the same. We are so fortunate to have went to Simmons-Rockwell they have won our loyalty.

Tailgate handle

On March 28 of 2021 bought a used Ford F150 STX for $33,000 within a couple days realized back passenger side door was not locking made appointment brought it in repaired under the 90 day warranty then I was having a problem with the tailgate handle it was not going back in when you go close the tailgate make an appointment brought it in they told me $125 for a new handle pause labor which will be total of $208 I said 90 day warranty should cover it they said no you have to pay for this area pocket hi sable by about the 90 day warranty day so I won’t cover it so now they got a disappointed customer and I think they should pay for it and replace it.

I was very pleased with the courteous, and helpful attention I received in purchasing my 2016 Ford Taurus. The sales rep was very attentive to my needs, and lifestyle when picking out the car. I am very happy with my purchase, and the service I received.

bad car

not only was your response to me condescending, but it was not true...i did not buy the car with 55000 miles on it...i never would have, you may have serviced it at that time, i bought from you with a little over 20000 if you'd like to see the purchase agreement happy to show you.. my review still stands at one star...just please get your facts straight.

Continued excellent service!

I brought my vehicle in for its 30,000 check, oil change and all points review. I was very pleased with the service and was even consulted on possible tire rotation. I always find the service at Simmons-Rockwell to be excellent and very accommodating. The mark on my driver side passenger door was cleaned,too! BRAVO!!!! A friend asked me about the dealership and I said she would get great service in sales and maintenance with Simmons- Rockwell. Thank you for another terrific experience.

Great Job

Great. All dealers should take a lesson from Simmons Rockwell. Our salesman Pierre was fantastic, and we were completely satisfied. I will return to Simmons Rockwell for another car in the future.

Great service. Always.

Scheduled annual inspection for my F-150 Lariat. Shane was helpful as always. He took time to provide some options for rotation of old tires, pricing for new tires, and performing an alignment. I appreciate his insight and expertise on getting the most out of my truck. Service was just as good as before if not better! I really appreciate the speed at which they do all their servicing. Prices are very reasonable, and they always review options and costs before performing any work. The customer lounge is always kept clean and comfortable. And you can always take a walk around the lot and check out the new F-150s! Very happy with the service and kudos to Shane and the entire Simmons-Rockwell service department.
