I had my driver's airbag problem fixed (following receipt of the Safety Recall documentation). I waited for the car. I was expecting about and hour wait and was delighted that it only took 30 minutes. Service department personnel were very courteous.

I purchased a 2015 MKC from Stivers in Montgomery, Alabama. Derek Brown was excellent! He was informative, professional, and made the experience well worth the drive to Montgomery, I am completely satisfied with everyone that I came into contact with at Stivers! Service on my TownCar was scheduled by Kacie Smith. I was impressed with her knowledge of vehicles, plus she is very personable and since she was extremely busy that impressed me as well. I was promptly scheduled and I believe I got good service as my vehicle seems to be fixed now. Its only been a day driving it so I cannot say for absolute certain. But at this point I believe the service was satisfactory. I am pleased with the dealership and will recommend it to all persons I know and will certainly purchase my next vehicle from Stivers.

I purchased 2013 f150. traded in current vehicle. My sales man was very good. My only issue was the dishonesty about financing kickback to the dealer. I asked specifically if the rate I was being offered was the best offered to the dealer. When I discovered that I was financed about 1.2% over one of the rates offered to me, I realized I was deceived. I realized this goes on so I specifically asked. I was told a certified truck and new trucks get the best rate available from ford and other lenders. Regulations for mortgages don't allow this. I understand how the car trade system works and all i want is to know the truth. why does a car deal have to be a lie? We don't need more government but Where is the CFPB with loans on cars? Sad....

The team at Stivers provided excellent Service right from the start. I inquired online to multiple dealerships and only Ryan Cole called immediately with information and worked with me. Other local dealerships did not want to work with me on a deal. So I went to Alabama from Florida because they wanted my business. They did a great job!

SHAUN AND JOHNNY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME MAKE A SELECTION OF A LARGE TRUCK FOR HAULING. THERE WERE MANY THINGS THAT I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ,THAT THEY MADE SUGGESTIONS AND EDUCATED ME SO I COULD MAKE A GOOD SELECTION PENDING ON MY NEEDS . THEY DID A GREAT JOB!

I am always treated well when i visit for my maintenace. I really appreciated that they took the time to vaccum and wash my truck for me. 5 stars
