The sales rep, Brian, was friendly and was to work with.
The sales rep, Brian, was friendly and was to work with. He let me know when the right car was at the dealership and was super easy to work with when discussing the purchase.

I have leased 4 cars in a row from them.
I have leased 4 cars in a row from them. Never again. I traded in a car on a new one. The finance guy who helped me, who I was told no longer works for them, didn't submit that info, so I was charged another payment on a car I didn't have anymore. There started the month of back and forth of trying to get the money back. About 2 weeks ago, someone finally said, you are right, we owe you. They were going to mail payment. Well, as I said, it's been two weeks. Nothing in the mail. Left message for someone to call me back. Of course, no one ever did. Run far away from them, their service has gone way downhill.

Would be ZERO stars if I could.
Would be ZERO stars if I could. Bought a new car from Stivers a month ago. They said they had to licence and register the car. So paid for all of that up front. It has been over a month and we have no license plates and no registration. Have to call a minimum of 10 times and still can't find anyone to help. End up leaving multiple messages before anyone will call back. Their response was to pass the blame onto the licensing and registration company they work with. Finally was told that the registration would be complete 17 days from now. So we are stuck with a brand new car that we can't drive. Once you pay this dealership ... they could care less about helping in any other way. The level of incompetence and the level of disregard for their customers' concerns is appalling. This should be something that is elementary. But not licensing and registering a brand new car for customers is a minimum level of expectation.

Been a miserable experience with Stivers Ford.
Been a miserable experience with Stivers Ford. We live in Omaha, Nebraska and they originally promised us a better price than we could get here. So we made the drive to Waukee. We were not informed of all the "extra" fees that we would be charged which made it more expensive than buying it in Omaha. They finally agreed to increase the price of our trade-in to make it closer to what we were told. Stivers also insisted that they would take care of all the registration and licensing, even though I asked repeatedly to do it myself. Now the In-Transit tags are expiring and we do not have license plates or registration. Basically, we have a brand new vehicle that we CAN'T drive because they dropped the ball on licensing and registering the new vehicle. Tried to call and talk repeatedly, and can't find anyone who will answer questions. Literally in limbo ... and Stivers Ford DOES NOT CARE ... apparently because they have their money from us already. Absolutely the most frustrating car-buying experience we have ever had.

I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.
