****BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TADD JENKINS DEALERSHIPS**** This was the absolute WORST car buying experience I have ever had. They shipped (with absolutely no ETA and a driver that did not speak any English at all) me a car with multiple electronic issues (blinking odometer and a broken sound system). Cost me $1700 to fix and they said “nothing I can do”. You are completely on your own - even if they ship you a defective car. They do not disclose issues/problems with the cars they market, they have no accountability for their business practices and their customer service is awful. I will definitely report them to the Better Business Bureau, Idaho Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission.

Hi, the vehicle left the dealership with no issues. Our owner had personally driven your vehicle several times and it did not have any of the issues you claim. If the vehicle had arrived in a different condition, we would've loved to have been made aware of it at the time and make it right. However, several weeks after delivery, you contact us with a bill saying we need to pay it and we had not heard from you before then.

Bought a vehicle used Jeep based on pictures from the

Bought a vehicle used Jeep based on pictures from the internet and on the verbal from Paul sales guy the car went through a complete inspection...could not go look in person 400 miles away. Picked up the vehicle on our way to daughters wedding and hooked to our RV. When we finally got to destination I went over the whole car and found out the rear seat center seat belt would not retract...safety issue and the driver door and rear driver side door locks not working. Paul emailed me and called to follow up and see if I was satisfied...6 days later (after our daughters wedding) I told Paul about the 2 issues...reply...sorry car is as is and we won't help you fix those items...goodbye. Granted I bought as is...I know what that means...but safety issues should never be in question. I am going to file a complaint with the Idaho Consumer Protection Unit and ID DMV unit that issues dealer licenses...I think they will be interested in knowing that Tadd Jenkins Ford in Blakefoot is selling vehicles with safety issues.
