Great showroom.
Great showroom. Friendly, no pushy sales feeling. Ken, the service manager, took good care of me because a sales person wasn't available. Then Seth, who was there on his day off, did a great job at assessing the situation and asked if I'd like him to help me. Probably the easiest sale of his career, but hey! He was great. I wanted quick in / out service and I got it. I really got what I wanted and more! FANTASTIC service program. Really sealed the deal.

Kreshnick (Nick) was absolutely amazing to work with. All along the sales journey, he answered questions, provide any needed info and was always available. You can tell that he prides himself in make sure his customers are happy as he is always willing to go above and beyond. He made sure everything with the car delivery was perfect and has continued to help after the sales. Genesis of North Aurora is truly lucky to have him and if anyone I know is looking for a new car, I will be recommending that they talk to him. Lastly, the car is amazing. Genesis has stepped up their game and created an amazing vehicle. I couldn't be more happy to be a first time Genesis owner!

Staff, from dealership GM to sales manager, to finance
Staff, from dealership GM to sales manager, to finance manager were courteous, professional, and willing to help. Only problem was with signing documents and UPS so-called Express delivery. This was an out of town transaction, and it took two days each way for documents to be delivered via UPS. In 2024 sales and finance documents should be able to be signed electronically without the need of the slow back and forth of paper delivery. I encountered delays with the vehicle being transported, which was no fault of the dealership.

It was a great experience! Kreshnik was very friendly and immediately got answers to any questions I had. He and the general manger Mike worked together and got me a great deal on a Mazda 6. Couldn't have asked for more!
