There was no communication during the process. Was told 2-3 days my car was there for 7 with no loaner. Every-time we reached out we were hung up on or no on responded to the messages left

Went in due to a weird sound coming from rear of my car,
Went in due to a weird sound coming from rear of my car, they weren't willing to help due to the time. Ended up being a nail on the back tire. They did a quick tire patch but didn't fill the tire with air, ended up needing to fill the tires at a gas station.!
