We went to Wallace to look at a GV70. The sticker on the car showed 72000 and specifically discussed this with the salesman. We told them we would be trading in but would need a certain price from the car and tradein. We wound up leaving and they called and asked us to come back to see if they could earn our business. Lots of time invested. They gave us a price on the tradein and then a complete price work up. The price of the car became 73800 on the print out. When we asked about that they said it was a mistake - the price on the car was the wrong price and it was a "system" problem....? However they reviewed the worksheet and never told us until we discovered it. This is slimy behavior at its best. I would never buy a vehicle from them as they cant be trusted. Most people dont like buying cars because of these games too bad.

I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.
