2022 Chevrolet Blazer
Everyone was extremely helpful from the beginning when I called looking for a 2022 Blazer. Tim Davis was very helpful and knowledgeable thru the entire sale. My daughter took her car for service when they finally got it fixed right she returned the loaner car it developed a flat tire in the parking lot the service manager was out right disrespecting to her he was very rude we will not ever have them service her car the manager would not come and speak with me about the situation way to run a business when they won't talk to you

Women Beware!
The General Manager, Russ and The Service Manager, Ted treat women like its still the 1950's. If you are a single woman, don't even bother going there to buy a car or get your car serviced. You will be treated with absolutely no respect and get ripped off. It's hard enough buying a car and needing service as a woman without having to deal with that crap. Worst automotive shop experience of my life. Go somewhere else.

Took my 2016 Colorado in for service. JP is knowledgeable and professional everything that a Service Advisor should be. He turned a bad day into a positive experience for me. Give him a raise!

Run far away from this place!
They will tell you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line and then, you pass out when you get 1st payment bill! Almost $200.00 higher!!

Best experience we have ever had.
Everyone was very nice and well mannered. The dealership was very clean and everyone very helpful. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted and at a lower price than the other places we shopped at.

Steer Clear
1st of all steer clear of this place. I am from NY and wanted to buy an Edge or Explorer in TN. My brother Steve took me to B & B because he knows the GM and he told my brother that he would give me a great deal on this Edge. Nope didn't budge on the price because it was in the paper which meant it was already bottom dollar. That's on me for not walking away after being told I would get a great deal cause I am Steve's sister. Next they sell me GAP insurance for $1000.00 add that to the loan balance. I get back to NY and call my local credit union and get an interest rate quote of half what they got me at GM at 12%. My CU tells me first thing I need to do is cancel the GAP insurance cause they have it for $160.00!!! WTH?!? Next 2 weeks after I bought it we noticed that the LED 3rd brake light is 2/3rds blown out. Can't take it to them cause its was sold 'as is' but let's use that handy dandy extended warranty ($2100.00 added to the loan- now I do need that GAP insurance cause this makes me upside down on the cars value) they told me was good at any dealer anywhere. NOT!!! Local Ford dealer is still laughing at my dumb xxx... So $3100.00 later in unneeded add-ons to pad their wallets, I will be cancelling that tomorrow Bernard & Bachman. I pity the person that answers the phone when I call.

Mrs. Shultis, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to this. I have researched your concerns and do see that you did purchase an advertised vehicle. When they list them in the paper that is a reduced price, or in most cases a price that is below market value or their cost. As for the Gap insurance that you purchased, most Credit Unions or Insurance companies have Gap Insurance at a lower price due to the fact that they either have a re-insurance on it, or they own the Gap company. Also there are different types of Gap policies that offer different amounts of coverage. Some only cover the actual value of the vehicle, while some others cover up to 150% of the value and on up to 175% of the value. As to the different types there is also a different dollar amount associated with each one. The Extended Service contract you purchased is good at any shop in the USA, all they have to do is call for pre-approval before they perform any work on the vehicle. I see that you are from NY in your comment, this would have limited the options that they had in regards to the lending institution that they used to obtain your financing. Yes we have Credit Unions here also, but they have membership limitations as to the area that they will accept membership from. Credit Unions most of the time have a much lower interest rate, and can provide you many other options than a traditional bank can. As to the Gap and Extended Service Contract , you can cancel them if you would like to. And since it has been less than 60 days you would receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Gap and Extended Service contract. Please feel free to call either Alice or Amy and they will send you the forms that you will need to sign in order to cancel them. You did get a good vehicle at a good price and I hope you can see that your brother did bring you to the right place in order to get the vehicle. Steve does know the GM as they have known each other for over 30 years. If you should need anything else please feel free to reach out to us and let us help you. Thanks

The customer service my husband received from this dealership was more than disrespectful. We will never purchase vehicle from here.
