do not go to this dealership they took three months to

do not go to this dealership they took three months to get my plates. And my registration this was complete laziness and dereliction. I have to go back to the dealership asking the same question four times, I had four different plates, temporary plates., I had to make phone calls for myself to the DMV over 50 times. I’ve spent several thousand dollars waiting for the deal to be completed. Mark Ogden, who runs the show is a lion and a narcissist and he doesn’t care about anything but completing the deal on the day and then he leave you hanging he has excuses. He makes it sound like it’s your fault and he doesn’t understand simple things like how to send a piece of mail to the DMV that that doesn’t take three months

Volvo S60 Service

I recently relocated to Florida from Connecticut and I needed to find a Volvo Dealer to service my car. I was very pleased with my Service Advisor, Bill at Volvo Melbourne. He provided me with an update on their services, showed me the area where customers wait for their vehicles as well as the log in ports, complimentary coffee, restrooms etc. Similar to the dealership in Connecticut, my car was serviced, detailed sheet was provided and my vehicle was washed. Very pleased with this service.

Volvo S60 Service

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!

Traded my Lexus in at the beginning of February, by the end of February, no one contacted Lexus to let them know that they now own the car. Tried calling the dealership several times but couldn't leave messages at the dealership as most voicemails were full and won't accept any new messages. Not very professional.....

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!

Horrible Experience

I would give a negative star if I was allowed to . Horrible experience worse I have ever had . They lie and then avoid you . Purchased a Volvo form them telling me it was equipped with certain items which cost more and I paid for in price and then to find out it did not have and they never corrected or tried to make it up and that is over a month of them avoiding my phone calls . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere plenty of other dealerships

Great Experience!!!!!

Such a great experience with Volvo of Melbourne! From start to finish the experience was seamless. My sales guy, Andy, was very informative on the make of car I purchased. The sales manager, Mark, was very personal and negotiated my deal before I ever stepped foot in the door. They gave me a great price on the car I purchased and for my trade-in. The finance manager was also wonderful and walked me through everything, taking the time to answer all my questions. This was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend the Volvo of Melbourne dealership team!!!!!!!

Not as expected

Salesperson was not knowledgeable and was not as helpful for a XC90 purchase. Salesperson did not assist during the followup when our 20" wheels purchased separately were replaced to explain the details of the car. My wife so do disappointed she spent more time on the phone with me to calming her down.

Very disappointing outcome

We had a great initial experience purchasing a pre-owned Volvo s^) with low miles. We were assured the car was in 'excellent' mechanical condition. "Tight" was another adjective used by the mechanic and sales representative. Within a few miles the car broke down and we were stranded for four hours until it was towed. The dealer later joked that we were the "one in one hundred unlucky people to get a lemon." The car was in need of significant repairs, and given we had put virtually no miles on it, we asked to return it. The dealer did not say it could not be done, only that it would be complex. We offered to do whatever it would take to simplify the return process for him. He never responded. The final response was a call (nearly two weeks later) telling us the car was ready for pick up. We remain concerned to this day that the car will fail again, next time in a much more dangerous setting (eg I95) than the parking lot we were stuck in.

Good Service Department

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Maintenance service was thorough and a problem I had been having was diagnosed and solved with new battery replacement. Performed all warranty service and exceeded it by reloading new software upgrades.

Best Buying Experience In Florida

Volvo Melbourne is easily the best dealership in south central Florida. The car we purchased exceeded our expectations as did every person we came in contact with at the dealership. Polite, attentive and very knowledgeable staff. Cory's product knowledge of not only Volvo but cars in general blew away by ten fold any other salesperson at the 7 other dealers I visited. And Mark (sales manager) was as fair and honest as anyone I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No pressure, no vultures in the parking lot. This dealership will be around a long time and I will be back again to buy my next car.
