Capitol Chevy in Salem Oregon

I bought my Chevy Cruze at Capitol. Whenever I take it in for service, they do a good job and are very courteous and professional. I?ll buy my next car there at some point.

Great experience

We found ourselves in a situation where my old vehicle blew a cylinder and we needed a new-to-us car on a budget. From the first contact to driving away in our car we felt valued and treated well. Thank you for making a difficult time a little bit easier!

Exceptional sales experience that started online.

New Chevy truck

Didn?t fill def tank like I asked, fleet manager made everything go quickly. Nice place people were helpful. When you spend that kind of money , all fluids should have been full. Never had that issue with fords that I have purchased

Oil change

Took just over 2 hours...as I went up to ask...the tech met me saying its almost done. Said the employee that previously changed oil stripped the pan drain bolt and he is no longer employed there. I said wait...the threads or the head of bolt. He said head of bolt. Guess it's fixed but why not come tell me that there is a issue and may take longer. Then show me the old bolt and look at new bolt so I can see that it's fixed would have been nice.
