Excellent service and friendly representatives. Larry was warm and inviting when showing me the available inventory. Staff kindly prepared all necessary documents ahead of time for a seamless process.

If you need a car, see Larry Shiffler, he was a great salesman, took me for a test drive and went over everything with me. If I had questions, he wrote everything down and had the Sales Manager Dan Staley make sure I was okay with the price. Great experience

From Start to finish was a breeze.

From Start to finish was a breeze. I dislike going to car dealerships because I'm not a fan of sales people and the sneakiness that goes on for hours. I CANT EXPRESS how this process was for me. From the very start, Dan and Amanda were exceptional. Super nice friendly people. I didn't feel overwhelmed at all (okay maybe a little bit when I first arrived) but once I went through the doors and they greeted me and all my anxiety went away. I know nothing about Philadelphia when it comes to car dealerships but I highly recommend Chapman. I found my vehicle through carfax.com which lead me to Chapman. I highly recommend them and also recommend dealing with Amanda and Dan. I can't forget Mary in fiance. They definitely have a customer for life 💗
