From Start to finish was a breeze. I dislike going to car dealerships because I'm not a fan of sales people and the sneakiness that goes on for hours. I CANT EXPRESS how this process was for me. From the very start, Dan and Amanda were exceptional. Super nice friendly people. I didn't feel overwhelmed at all (okay maybe a little bit when I first arrived) but once I went through the doors and they greeted me and all my anxiety went away. I know nothing about Philadelphia when it comes to car dealerships but I highly recommend Chapman. I found my vehicle through carfax.com which lead me to Chapman.
