The initial sale went great.

The initial sale went great. Bought a 2023 vehicle with 10,900 miles. After all the paperwork was done and I was leaving with the vehicle, the salesperson went to get my second key fob only to find out it was in the mail coming up from Florida. Also no glovebox manual. I had a few service issues that haven’t been addressed as well. I met with the general manager who has an attitude telling me I wasn’t promised a second key and you know it is a used car. I couldn’t believe a manager would speak to a customer who just bought a $50,000 USED car that way! I still haven’t had any issues resolved almost a month later.

Every one was helpful knowledgeable and polite. The process was smooth and I was able to get the vehicle I came in for. Great experience! Bob, Allie, MaryJane and Destiny were all incredible!

I was a walkin who was unsure about purchasing a car new or used but Amanda listened gave me some options and paid attention to my concerns. The process was extremely fast! I told her what I was interested in if I had my way and she made it happen! I appreciate the help their patience and making this such a effortless process. Amanda will definitely be recommended!
