I took my car to Dutches collision center and it was the
I took my car to Dutches collision center and it was the worst experience ever! 3 times I had to take it back because it wasnt fixed properly. They got paid and never offered any compensation for me having to keep taking it back, missing work, and left me sitting out front holding my son's car seat after being told I'd get a loaner for the second time. I just want my car fixed right! They also never cleaned the outside and left dirt and dust sitting on my new car! It took three times at the car wash to get that dirt off. They tried to say the mirror needed replaced and that was the issue. My mirror wasn't even broken! That did not fix it and they didn't even test it after putting the mirror on! They just wanted me gone. I took it back AGAIN and I was so excited as I was promised it was fixed only to get in and STILL hear wind coming from my door. My door is also not adjusted right. This has to be a joke. I paid my part, they should do theirs. Go anywhere but here. Trust me.

I love Dutch, they will get you in and out as quick as they can. Any questions you have about your vechile they have an answer and are always willing to help you in any way they can. I highly recommend them for service and purchasing a new or used vechle,

Don’t believe them
Could not be more disappointed with this stealership. I bought a truck listed as “New”, I was told it was ”New”, and sold to me as “New”. Many dealers don’t title their service loaners and demo vehicles (the truck had 4,xxx miles). They did. Making it a USED vehicle. No MCO number. I had no way of knowing this until the title came in the mail a week later. How does the impact me? I had to pay an extra $1800 in tax, did not get the new car rebate price off taxes Or the trade in price off taxes because it was used, NOT NEW. When I spoke to the stealership it was “I can’t do anything about your laws in Ohio, it’s not my fault. IT WAS USED, IT WAS TITLED! You told me it was NEW. Also, I ordered over $1000 worth of accessories that I was told would be in in 3 or 4 days, it has been over 4 weeks. I still have not heard from them. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
