My new vehicle was being serviced for malfunctioning electronics. I do not live close to the dealership. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I found out that they couldn't start work on the vehicle right away and that the work would require several hours. Jodie, my service rep, gave me a loaner vehicle to drive home and had my vehicle delivered to my house later in the day.

Adam has been an exceptional advisor for us. We also appreciate the availability of loaner cards since we live in a different city.

Locating the specific car I was looking for was a tremendous challenge requiring efforts above the norm to secure a car from another dealership in Florida. To make matters even more difficult I needed to car in short order. Todd Kerksta was dedicated to getting this done for me and kept be abreast of the progress and challenges every step of the way. Finally when the car arrived he was able to prep it and deliver despite the fact that it as the first day of Memorial weekend and the demands on him from other customers were high. I truly appreciate all he did to make this possible.
