Couldn’t have had a better experience at Empire GMC of White Plains! They worked with me on an already great price and even certified the used Yukon Denali I purchased. Couldn’t be happier with my new truck - ask for Robert! He’s the best!

What a great experience with Preet very understanding, patient and respectful. Love my new truck. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, explained everything and helped me find the right car at the right price. Definitely recommend, if you’re looking for a car, go see Preet. I recently took my car in for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Lydia the service manager was friendly, professional, and efficient. She explained everything, even giving me a breakdown of what needed immediate attention versus what could wait. My car was ready earlier than expected, and the work done was top-notch.

When I called and told them about my battery I was told

When I called and told them about my battery I was told it was covered under my extended warranty. When I got to the dealership I was then told that I had to pay the battery wasn’t covered. They wanted to charge me $800. After some argument I had to pay $461.00. I am not happy with this dealership or service department.
