Honest, down home feeling! You know Huebner Chevy is a great place to buy a new vehicle when you ask the employees how long they have worked there. Derek and Brad Salisbury are the best. Don't go anywhere else!!!

One Star – Misleading and Dishonest Practices Nothing

One Star – Misleading and Dishonest Practices Nothing on this dealership’s website says anything about only accepting in-house financing. In fact, they have links that specifically mention working with "your bank"—which is exactly what I planned to do when I arrived. But when I planned to arrive with a cashier’s check from my credit union, I was told they don’t accept outside financing at all. When I pointed out the contradiction to the sales manager, instead of addressing it respectfully, he sarcastically offered to “knock $150 off the car” if I just went with their financing. Then they tried to downplay the higher interest rate from their lender by saying, “it’s just a few dollars more a month.” That’s incredibly misleading—those “few dollars” add up to hundreds or even thousands over the life of the loan. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic—advertise a price and then try to force you into financing that benefits them, not you. I walked away and suggest others do the same. Be careful here

No pressure no hassle they did everything to make sure I

No pressure no hassle they did everything to make sure I got what I wanted at a fantastic price. I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax RS 2.Gave me a great price on my trade in. This is the second car I bought from them. I couldn't be happier they will always have my business. The quality of the cars is outstanding and the staff is outstanding. Thank you for making me feel like family and not just a number or a customer.

The Dealership was clean & everyone was friendly.

The Dealership was clean & everyone was friendly. Our salesman Nick Roudebush was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He made recommendations regarding our purchase.. This is the third purchased made at Huebner. We didn’t consider any other dealership. Karen McHan, Lisbon, Ohio

Our car was towed in on a Monday, and it took until the

Our car was towed in on a Monday, and it took until the following Thursday to get it back. I called daily trying to get information as to what was going on with the car and when it would be done, as we would have to make arrangements to get it, but out of all the times I called, I received only 2 return phone calls. I even called the manager, and nothing. I would have understood the delay in getting parts, and even how busy they were- had they just called me and explained the situation. Instead they left me hanging and stressed out and I had to ask my son in law to stop and check on it and try to get me information. The location is convenient, and price of the work actually within reason, but I am looking into alternatives for any future work. If they can’t give me the courtesy of a simple phone call, why would I want to keep going back?

Excellent service from sales representative.

Excellent service from sales representative. My sales representative was very efficient and knowledgeable with any and all questions I had before, as well as during my purchasing process. He ensured my financing was made at the best rate possible and I was able to leave with my new car within just a few short hours.

2023 Silverado

Vickie was AMAZING!! She was very patient and worked hard to get us the best deal. We special ordered a truck and she was by our side during the entire process. I simply can't say enough good things about her!
