It was an awful experience. Two months to get license plate, their error. The car was filthy. They didn’t clean the interior. Leather filthy. There was so much crap and garbage from the prior owner under the seats. It was lovely to find used paper masks and food items. Worst experience ever. Do not deserve one star.

No, there is nothing you can do. You should have thoroughly cleaned the interior of our car. It was disgusting and unsanitary. And maybe not have your staff throw one another under the bus.

This dealership was very responsive and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable purchasing a truck that I have only seen pics of and was 400 miles away from home. I feel I got a fair deal and was treated as a valued customer even though I was out of state. It was raining buckets and Vicky came running out with a umbrella for me.

2021 Subaru Crosstrek
My husband saw this 2021 crosstrek was coming in and immediately called Rob. Rob took care of everything and I drove my new crosstrek home yesterday. I’ve lost count of how many cars we’ve bought from Heubner‘s but highly recommend this dealership and their service department. They’ve always treated us great! Thanks again Rob!

I purchased a vehicle online while in MD, sight unseen. Other than requested photographs of course. This is something I’ve never done, being a hands on shopper. The process was seamless and painless. Everyone at Huebner was superb! From my first contact with Vickie to accepting delivery of the 2022, Silverado 2500 HD High Country. I’d definitely do business again!!

Our sales rep, Vicki was very friendly and quick to get our questions answered. She was very busy with numerous car sales but always made sure to get back to me in a timely manner. She even came in on her day off for me to pick up our car.
