I’m be bought 3 cars there I believe.l in the past 5 years. Kim was my salesperson for the first one. Everything went smooth. Went to buy the next ones and both times I had to literally beg someone to get on the phone to sell a car. I’m not buying 10 dollar vehicles either. The most I can get out of Kim now is a standard “how can I help you” text then will not follow up or anything at all. I’m looking for another new vehicle right now. Ready to buy. Have been for a week almost. I’ve left numerous emails. Numerous texts. Numerous website lead emails. I’ve even specified which vehicle and just needed the best total price so I can do my own financing. Once again all I e for is a “hey” from them. 2 days ago. I’ve tried calling. I’ve tried emailing. I’ve tried everything else again. Nothing. And I’m An easy sale lol, I just buy them online and have them delivered. I dont even go there. Long story short, idk how you get into the cool kids club there but im done tryin. My money spends just fine and can do so elsewhere. Attached is the total correspondence. Me literally almost begging to buy the car and huebner just not givin a xxxx, and to a loyal customer.

This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from Huebner Chevrolet. If they were not a reputable dealer and stood behind their word, I would not have purchased this many vehicles.
