Jordan Campbell was the best Subaru sales person I have ever worked with after owning about a dozen new Subarus in my lifetime. That was 3 years ago, and I still stop by to say hello (or he does) every time I come for service. I hope he is still there when I am ready to buy my next one in a few more years.

What could have been a stressful experience, buying a
What could have been a stressful experience, buying a “new to me car” was anything but stressful. Ashley Underwood was simply the best to work with. She treated me with professionalism, respect, and concern for my needs. She went out of her way to accommodate our individual needs. Being treated like a person and not a sale was refreshing and truly a blessing. Dan in finance was so kind and good to work with as well. Bottom line-great experience, great team and I love my “new to me” car. These wonderful people at Hunter feel truly like friends now.

There’s a lot I could say about this car buying experience but I don’t want to take away from my real point of leaving this review. Jordan Campbell is likely the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He truly makes himself available 24/7 and sincerely cares about you as a customer/person. He has never once made me feel like an inconvenience. He answers any and all of my questions, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he figures it out quick and always keeps me in the loop. He’s made himself available to me on his days off and even when he’s been out of town. Regardless what happened during this car buying experience, I want Hunter Subaru to know how lucky they are to have him working at their establishment. I can’t say enough good things about him. Even with all of the things that have happened during my experience, I’m still recommending this place because Jordan deserves that. Go see him!

Beware of Subaru…I bought my car from Hunter Subaru 7
Beware of Subaru…I bought my car from Hunter Subaru 7 months ago. unfortunately my car was T-boned a few weeks ago. Insurance was handled at Subaru Collision and money was paid to them already, about $8,700. That’s when the problems started. I was informed that Subaru doesn’t carry 2025 parts and the parts are on back order and they don’t know when they will be coming in. I mean…come on!!!! This is a new car and I have been driving around for weeks with plastic sheeting on my car trying to keep the rain out from doing damage to the interior. When I called them for updated there is complete boredom in their voices and they could care less. I even called the owner of the Subaru dealership at Hunter Subaru and he could even bother to phone me back. The upshot is that once they have gotten their money from the sale of the car you become a big to be squashed…so no customer service at this dealership at all from the owner down.

If you want a dealership that strives to keep up the car salesman’s reputation, you’ve come to the right place. Drove over 2 hours to meet the saleswoman I’ve been communicating with. Found out she doesn’t work there, works off sight generating online business. And the car is SOLD! Tries to get me to look at another vehicle. Clearly this was intentional. The sales tactic may not be illegal, but certainly unethical. Emailed the woman I dealt with and she never responded. KARMA

We had an excellent experience today working with Gala
We had an excellent experience today working with Gala Rice, at Hunter Subaru! She found us an excellent vehicle, and we were totally satisfied with the entire process! Gala is very professional, but was warm and “down to Earth” as she guided us. We traded in our 10 year old Subaru, purchased from Hunter, for a used Ford Explorer, but were treated like royalty! We will definitely stay with the Hunter family from now on!!
