As a first time car buyer, I was obviously extremely nervous and not in the loop with the whole process. Caleb was very helpful and patient from dealing with my insurance company and educating me on the car I purchased, to seeing that I knew all the functions and ins and outs of Subaru. I recently took my Subaru in for service and while I was there I asked about trading it in for a newer, smaller model. Josh Risch helped me through the process and I left with a new Subaru Crosstrek. I've been very happy with the service that Subaru has provided over the years and Josh made the transition between cars go very well.
