Excellent customer service and repair job. My service rep., John Jacinto, was wonderful; he took the time to research my coverages, and oversaw a prompt repair, making sure to call me to discuss options. I was able to make it to work after getting the repair done, and really appreciate the friendly, thorough and prompt service I received from John Jacinto and the folks in the service department.

Needed immediate assistance with some warning lights that came on the dash. Steven Lee from service made it happen. He was able to have the car back to me the same day. Thank you so much Steve!!! You rock~

There’s the good and the bad. Brought my car in for minor service but also needed tires. I wasn’t sure I was going to get the tires at the dealership so they serviced the car and washed it, brought it around and I asked about the tires. They were surprised I wanted them but the cost was only $40 more than other places so for the convenience it was worth it. Now they would need another couple of hours and I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to go to work. They got me a rental car at no charge-this is the good. The bad is, I received a phone call a couple of hours later saying the parts department made a mistake and they only had 2 tires in stock but would get the other 2. Then I got a call, while I Was on my way to pick up my car, that the tire truck was in traffic and there wouldn’t be time to get the tires on and aligned before service closed for the day. So not to worry, they would let me keep the rental at no charge until my car was ready. So demerits for not having an up to date inventory system but points for excellent customer service.

Subaru Pacific is a great place to buy a car. Aside from the normal reasons that first come to mind is its excellent sercice department. Steven Lee handled our 6,000 mile service. He took care of the initial paperwork very quickly and reviewed what would be done and when the car would be ready. I opted to wait at the dealer’s customer lounge. I booted up my laptop and automatically connected to the WiFi. I took care of my email while sipping on some coffee. The work was completed quickly and the car came back nicely washed.

From the beginning to end everyone was super nice and helpful! Jeff Sollee was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. I ended up leaving completely satisfied with my new Subaru! Thank you to Everyone at Subaru Pacific!

Kamiran Beck was very personable, professional and never pushy. He made the transaction super easy and knew about the product line. I would definitely recommend him and we had previously never considered this brand but are super happy with our purchase and the process at the dealership

Steve Lee, in Service, was excellent. He took the time to diagnose and discuss the problem with me; he made the extra effort to help me link my old-fashioned flip phone to my car's electronic system, and expedited the service since I was waiting on premises for the repairs to be completed. A software update successfully solved the glitch I was experiencing. All in all a good experiencing. I feel reassured that I will have access to reliable and pleasant service when needed in the future.

The location is great. Ovy Ortega Was the gentleman that help me and he provide sufficient and excellent service. One the better service agents I’ve dealt with. Thank you and keep up the good work

I live 150 miles away and purchased my new car at Subaru Pacific. I brought the car in for for scheduled oil change, and was assisted by Robert Conche. Great service, very satisfied. I would recommend this dealer.

I did a lot of research beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. At Subaru Pacific, I found my perfect car. The experience was so easy and pleasant, not typical of car dealerships. Nice clean facility with comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff, especially Alex Soler My who made this such an easy process. I am extremely happy with my purchase and plan on being a Subaru owner for life.
