Durango Toyota

Just got outrageously scammed by the service department at Toyota Durango. We were charged 1.8 hours ($200) PER AXLE to replace breaks. Almost 4 hours of labor ($400) for an average workload of 1-2 hours, especially for professionals. We will NOT be bringing our vehicles here anymore. They didn’t even have the car for more than 2.5 hours after they let us know what needed to be done. Very disappointed overall.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Durango Toyota. The service was excellent from the moment I was greeted by Eddie . He greeted me with a smile and offering something to drink or snack as well as giving me options to wait or be shuttled somewhere. He was very helpful and courteous and the service was done within the estimated time he gave me which was very appreciated. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone was kind and professional.

Fantastic - Jordan Stanley did a terrific job of figuring out what vehicle we needed and an absolutely outstanding job of showing us what all the buttons and knobs are used for when we picked up our new Tacoma. It could not have been better!

My son bought his first vehicle, Toyota Tacoma, with Eric Simon and it was a great buying experience for him. Eric took care of us during the purchase and made sure we were totally satisfied. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Durango Motor Company. We did have a few minor issues with the battery, which was causing long starts and dead upon shut off.
