Do not buy your next vehicle from Haley Automall in

Do not buy your next vehicle from Haley Automall in Farmville. Kiana was the only bright spot in the entire building. After wasting nearly 5 hours "calling around" for questions that should have been known to the staff in the building, the sales manager lied to me about the price of the vehicle stating that the lease rebate would be applied to the MSRP of the vehicle. Nonetheless, it was only down hill from there, the finance team repeatedly ignored my demands to remove all optional add-ons and the sales manager claimed my request would result in a discrimination lawsuit against him, which is simply incorrect. After childishly storming off multiple times while his finance team attempted to coerce me into buying optional add-ons by staring me down in silence the sales manager conceded that my demands were not impossible to satisfy as he had claimed. All in all, the atmosphere at Halley Automall is wholly unprofessional. If you enjoy the feeling of being in an interrogation room while trying to buy a car consider Haley Automall your best option, otherwise find a dealership who knows anything about the vehicles they are selling and cares at all about their customers.

I truly wish I had something positive to say about this

I truly wish I had something positive to say about this dealership. My experience was a dealership that’s doesn’t stand by there product. I will never buy or would I advise anyone to buy a vehicle here .They’re crooks will say anything to to get your money and once they do they could care less about you . I experienced this first hand with this dealership and their sales manager Trey as well as his so call manager Amy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here . They’re straight face professional liars .

He should’ve been aware of my situation I spoke with his assistant Amy who promised she would reach back out to me , it never happened.Another case where they didn’t stand behind their word . If Mr Call was not made of aware of the issues then it’s prime example of unprofessional behavior by his staff . Am still Baffled at the fact this dealership would risk losing a customer’s over a spare key and a broken mirror. and keep in mind the sales manager Trey himself promised to set a appointment to get the smoke smell out of the vehicle. Never happened the man treated me as if he never met me .

The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.
