This review I hope reaches the McCurley ownership,

This review I hope reaches the McCurley ownership, McCurley Family that has their name on the sign, and all customers that plan on doing business with any McCurley Dealership. I purchased a new Chevy 1500 truck in late December of 2024 and paid for the vehicle in full at time of sale. I called the dealership in late February of 2025 inquiring about the title as I still had not received it. At this time, I was told everything was submitted to the state and I would be receiving it soon. By late April I still had not received the title and started calling McCurley again. Over the week of April 21st, I left 4 voicemails without a single return phone call. I was so frustrated by this time I left a review on Google to express my experiences. On Saturday April 26th I did receive a call from a McCurley representative that was abrasive and stated “he found my statements hard to believe” our call did not go well thereafter. On Monday April 28th I received another call from McCurley (Steven) stating my title was mailed in late January 2025 and there was nothing they could do if I didn’t receive it. I ask some basic questions about what I needed to do to resolve this matter. Steven stated I would need to call the DOL as they did everything correctly and this was NOT their problem. I called Tri Cities Licensing shortly after and learned how to file for a lost title at a cost of approx. $86 with some burdensome requirements. The whole experience with McCurley Chevrolet can be summed up with the following They are PERFECT. Perfect at NOT returning phone calls Perfect at NO service after the sale Perfect at NO customer professionalism and basic business behavior Perfect ZERO empathy for something out of a customers control This is a culture of the current management, and I truly hope that the principles that Bill McCurley founded this business on of integrity and service return. Buyer beware!

Kieth Dunaway was very helpful and prompt in calling to

Kieth Dunaway was very helpful and prompt in calling to let me know what was diagnosed as well as quick to get my truck in for repairs. The McCurly chevy truck service department in my experience is far superior to the McCurly Mercedes service I’ve received on my AMG.

Liars at McCurley Chevrolet

Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Kevon told me the order got “reverted” back to the 5.3L since all 6.2L engines stopped production. After calling numerous other dealerships, I found out this was not the case and Kevon was hustling me, so I yet again requested he change my order to the engine I wanted. Several weeks later, I discovered my Tahoe had been built and was being shipped to McCurley. I called the ordering manager, James, to ask him what the deal was. He indicated that it was built with the 5.3L and there were never any requests to update the engine. He confronted Kevon and Kevon blatantly lied to him, stating that I never asked him to change the engine and my conversations with him never happened. Beware of this dealership and their employees. Remember the name Kevon Bailas and try not to get hustled like I did. I am lucky I was able to place an order with Dave Smith and will be getting a 6.2L Tahoe in 3-6 months.

Gabriel, The vehicle was built how you initially ordered it. After ordering your unit and it receiving a build date you requested to change the motor which was not possible. We offered to build you a Tahoe with the 6.2 and are still willing to do so. We’re sorry to hear your experience with us wasn’t up to our standard and will use this as a learning opportunity to better serve our customers moving forward. McCurly “integrity” dealerships

Purchased a car. Car had problems unable to be fixed. Was deemed a lemon. They offered to upgrade us to a year newer car at the same price. Turns out it wasn’t at the same price. These sales people and sales managers will tell you anything and just put what they need to on the papers behind your back. The irony of being called “integrity”. If you shop here assume that you are being mislead. But with a very nice happy integrity smile.

No "DEALING" at this dealership

Nice sales people to interface with but "No dealing" at this dealership. Looked for a new truck but one model year old. McCurley presented factory rebates and incentives but NOTHING from this dealership. My trade-in was valued by McCurley at approximately $6K UNDER standard internet trade-in values that I pulled up. I have happily, successfully bought many GM vehicles over the years but have to shop outside the Tri-cities area to get a deal that I think is good for me.
