efficient and cordial

Both the service department and the sales representative we dealt with treated us in a efficient and courteous manner. The service area gave us accurate time estimates and information about our repairs, and our sales rep got us in and out in an efficient manner, along with a thorough explanation of the new features on our car.

Lack of complete introduction to the vehicle.

The introduction to the vehicle was brief, we new most of the operating systems from prior ownership, but the technical review was lacking, (info system, the radio and On Star functions). Owning the 3500HD Diesel, we still don't know when to add Blue DEF. We should not have to learn as you go!

I also like to give a shout out to the employee who stopped cleaning the tables in the waiting area to warm my personal coffee in the microwave. THAT'S Service!

Well Satisfied

Always pleased with purchasing a Cadillac at Arroway. The service staff and my salesperson, Drew Fischer are the best to deal with. I would not purchase a car anywhere else.

Outstanding Service Department

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SALES PERSON

Absolutely terrible service and staff!!!!!! Spoke to a "sales person" who was informing me about a vehicle he was "looking at" at the time, had me drive two and half hours to pick up the truck the next morning while he was "getting tires put on it". When I arrived, the "sales person" I spoke to just hours before barely remembered the conversation then went on to tell me that the vehicle he was "standing right in front of" the night before had already been sold days ago then tried to tell me that he was talking about a vehicle that was more than double the price of the vehicle that we were discussing hours ago. The sales manager seemed to have no interest or care that his staff was incompetent as he is also just as bad. I would NEVER recommend buying anything from this so-called dealership.
