Horable services

Brought my truck in for an engine noise dont even feel like the tech looked into the problem instead blamed it on the aftermarket intake extremely disapointed in my visit

Love my new car! Thank you Lance Weiszbrod!

I asked my husband to go with me to look at "possibly" purchasing a new car in the future. Lance Weiszbrod came out to assist in this process. Lance was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Instead of just getting ideas from Lance, I ended up driving away in my new Ford a short time later! Lance made my experience a very pleasant one. Lance and Kent went above my expectations to ensure that I was a happy customer when I left. We have purchased other Ford vehicles in the past and will definitely use this dealership for any future purchases. Thank you Lance for making my experience a great one!! Love, love, love my new car! If anyone is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I would recommend that you ask for Lance Weiszbrod. Very nice guy who is down to earth and has a great sense of humor!!

Scheduling oil change online

Website is poorly set up. I requested an oil change at the Toyota side of the dealership. They scheduled me on the Ford side. So when I arrived they informed me it was my fault but they would try to fit me in. Being treated rudely and not answering my questions respectfully it is unlikely I will return to this dealership.
