Rhea in the service center is very helpful. She is highly attentive to the customers needs and wants, she is very knowledgeable, and she is approachable and friendly. Every time I have been to the service center, I have had a positive experience.

The young lady at the Service Department was very helpful
The young lady at the Service Department was very helpful and took care of all my questions and service. I would have rated 5 stars but the one gentleman at the Service Department was rude. He told me to “hang on” when I walked in which was understandable because he was on the phone. However, after waiting about 10 minutes he finished his call and said “what’s up boss.” He couldn’t provide me with how long it would take for the service so I just waited for the young lady to help me. Very unprofessional customer service by the one male service advisor.

When I make an appointment for a recall that requires
When I make an appointment for a recall that requires parts, you should have the required parts on hand, or not make that specific appointment. Had to return next day, and it still wasn’t done when promised. This is the second time I’ve tried to leave this review. Hopefully this one won’t be erased.

Went in two weeks ago with a check engine light in, but
Went in two weeks ago with a check engine light in, but no discernible symptoms. Took them two days to order parts and charged me $3500. Got my car back and two days later the check engine light is back on again. Took the car back to the shop and it has been there the entire week with zero progress made. Have no confidence this dealer knows anything about their cars. Feel like I could have blown $3500 in Vegas and gotten better results.
