If I’m rating the service center I have to say I was not happy with my overall experience. Five days after I purchased my 2024 GMC Yukon I brought it back because I found a tire that was damaged when I bought it. The service center decided to replace the tire but had to do both front tires and asked if I was willing to purchase the back two in order to replace all four which we did. The replacement tires were supposed to be the same I had which were Bridgestone Alenza. When I picked the truck up they had replaced the tires with Michelin Defenders. We discussed the error but I could not be without the truck for two days so I accepted the error and the tires.

I have been a customer of Scranton Motors for 50 years. I always give Scranton the first shot at selling me a truck. The criticism I have is your parts and service are too expensive. There’s too much competition out there that gives me options. I’d like to be exclusively Scranton but it’s a challenge.
