My wife took our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado in for a 10000

My wife took our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado in for a 10000 mile service (we recently purchased this vehicle with only 3800 miles on it). This service called for an oil and filter change and a simple rotation of the tires. This proved to be too complicated. They were not able to get the TPMS to register and told my wife that she was on her own to figure this out. They told her that it was because of aftermarket tires. I made it back home and purchased an $8 tool from Amazon and watched one YouTube video to become more qualified than their certified Chevrolet mechanic. After the tire pressures started reading I found that the back tires were only inflated to 64 lbs. The right front was 77 lbs and the left front was the winner at 80 psi. We were getting ready to tow a fifth wheel. If this is the kind of care and expertise to expect from this dealer I would warn all to stay away from them. Find a dealer that can at least figure out how to run a manual tire pressure gauge. I am very concerned about what else was missed or done incorrectly during this $172+ "service".

I stopped in and met with Mario about a brand new limited

I stopped in and met with Mario about a brand new limited Harley Davidson Edition GMC Sierra. Mario was fantastic in every step of the process. He even set up a quick wax and polish on my new truck and let me test a new muscle car while we waited. Mario was helpful and had a great sense of humor which was refreshing. Great guy and I plan on working with him again on my next ride.

I am pleased to report a fully positive experience doing business with Mario at Titus Will. In fact, we ended up getting two cars instead of one because of how well the process went. I was impressed with the smoothness of the transaction and how respectful Mario was of my time.
